Choose to pay for your vacation with Scalapay in three convenient installments ranging from €60 to €2000 at zero interest using a credit or debit card
To use this service, choose Scalapay as your payment method at checkout. You will see the monthly amount you will pay. Once you select this option, you will be asked to log in to Scalapay with your account details.
If you don't have an account yet, you can create one from the Scalapay login page. Enter your credit, debit, or prepaid card details, and once confirmed, you can complete your order.
At the time of purchase, the first installment will be charged immediately. The following 2 installments will be charged in the next two months. You can pay from a minimum of €60 to a maximum of €2,000.
If the vacation does not fall within the minimum and maximum amount range allowed, the Scalapay payment option will not be available.
At the time of purchase, the first installment will be charged immediately. The following 2 installments will be charged monthly.
» First installment: at the time of purchase
» Second installment: 1 month from the date of purchase
» Third and final installment: 2 months from the date of purchase
When you create a Scalapay account, you will need to add a debit, credit, or prepaid card. The 3 installments will be automatically charged to this card on their respective due dates as explained above.
You will be charged a late payment fee only if one or more of the scheduled installments are not successfully paid by the due date.
If you have not made the payment before the due date and the automatic payment fails, you will have 48 hours to complete the payment. If this does not happen, Scalapay will apply late payment fees as explained below:
» Payment made by the due date = No additional cost!
» Payment made more than 40 hours late = Up to 6 euros in additional fees.
» Payment made more than 9 days late = An additional 6 euros (in addition to the first fee, up to a maximum of 12 EUR per each payment)
The total cost of the fees will not exceed 15% of the loan value (second and third installments).
You can use Scalapay with all major credit and debit cards issued in Italy, France, and Germany, as long as they are part of the Visa, Mastercard, and American Express networks.
The main prepaid cards are also accepted, including Postepay and Postepay Evolution.
It is not possible to use cards from the Bancomat or Maestro networks.
IMPORTANT: Not all cards guarantee the same purchasing power with Scalapay, regardless of the card's available balance at the time of purchase.
New customers using prepaid or debit cards may have a reduced purchasing power.
If your card has been blocked and you do not have other cards available, it is possible to pay your installments via SEPA direct debit. However, this option must first be enabled in your Scalapay account. Contact Scalapay customer service to enable this option.
Important: It is not possible to pay the first installment via bank account. You must have a valid card to complete a new order.
