The restaurant of the Torre Guaceto Resort, large, bright and equipped with air conditioning, gives guests the opportunity to taste the exquisite Apulian specialties and participate in delicious theme evenings. The restaurant is in direct contact with the outside thanks to the large windows, and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with buffet service, where you can taste dishes of Apulian and Italian cuisine; water and house wine are included with meals. Themed dinners, also with show cooking.
The Torre Guaceto Resort is located just 400 m from the sea and close to the enchanting Nature Reserve of Torre Guaceto, in the province of Brindisi and more precisely in the town of Carovigno, a town rich in history and tradition just steps from beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. The Reserve includes a marine reserve and a terrestrial reserve, both with high levels of biodiversity, and occupies a total area of 110 hectares that hosts a large number of animal species. Torre Guaceto boasts one of the richest ecosystems of biodiversity in the Mediterranean, including meadows of posidonia oceanica and Mediterranean coral formations; beaches are characterized by uncontaminated dunes up to 10 meters high, There are many species of fauna that inhabit it.
