Day 1 Skopje
Arrival at Skopje airport and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 Skopje, Mavrovo, Ocrida
Breakfast at the hotel. City tour of Skopje, including both the old part with the Kale Fortress and the more modern part of the city. In this latter part, there will be a stop to admire the Alexander the Great fountain and the Memorial House of Mother Teresa. Free lunch. The tour continues to Mavrovo National Park for a visit to the Monastery of St. John Bigorski, then on to Ohrid. Dinner and overnight stay. Planned hotel: Hotel Nova Riviera 4 ☆☆☆☆ or similar
Day 3 Ohrid, Sveti Naum, Ohrid
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to the city of Ohrid, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and a boat trip on the lake to reach the most iconic place in the country: the Church of St. John. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, visit to the Monastery of St. Naum, one of the most important sanctuaries of the Macedonian Orthodox Church. Return to the hotel in Ohrid for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 Ohrid, Berat, Tirana
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Albania and arrival in Berat, the "city of a thousand windows," a UNESCO World Heritage site. Berat is one of the oldest and most picturesque cities in Albania, having preserved its Ottoman historic center almost intact. You will visit its Fortress, which is still inhabited. Free time for lunch. Continue to Tirana, the center of culture, entertainment, and politics in Albania. After a panoramic tour of the city, check-in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 Tirana, Shkodra, Lake Scutari, Podgorica
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure towards the city of Shkodra, the largest city in northern Albania, to visit the Rozafa Fortress, one of the most imposing fortifications in the Western Balkans. You will then cross the border into Montenegro and reach Lake Scutari. Here, you will have the opportunity to take a boat trip to admire the enchanting nature as well as the so-called "Alcatraz" of Montenegro, an abandoned prison island. Free time for lunch during the excursion. Arrival at the hotel in Podgorica for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 Podgorica, Cetinje, Njeguši, Kotor, Perast, Podgorica
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Cetinje, the former capital of Montenegro. The old embassy buildings still tell the story of a metropolis from a state once considered the poorest kingdom in the old continent. Visit to the Royal Palace. Continue to Njeguši to taste the famous ham typical of this area. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, after a breathtaking descent on one of the country’s most spectacular roads, arrive in Perast. Boat trip in the Bay of Kotor to visit the island of Our Lady of the Rocks. Visit to the city of Kotor and St. Tryphon's Cathedral. Return to the hotel in Podgorica for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7 Podgorica, Tara Canyon, Peć
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to the Montenegrin capital, a city that reveals much about Europe and the more recent history of the Balkans. Afterward, departure for the famous Morača Canyon, then to the second deepest canyon in the world, Tara Canyon. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, departure towards the Kosovo border to reach the city of Peć. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8 Peć, Pristina, Skopje
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for a visit to the Patriarchate of Peć Monastery, an ancient medieval Serbian Orthodox complex. Afterward, continue to Pristina for a panoramic tour of the capital of Kosovo. Free time for lunch. Finally, arrive in Skopje. Traditional dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 9 Skopje

Remember to bring your passport or a valid ID card, with an expiration date no less than 6 months from the time of entry into the countries we will visit. The currency of North Macedonia is the "Macedonian Denar," the currency for Albania is the "Lek," and the currency for Montenegro is the "Euro."
Visas and vaccinations
No visa is required for Albania and Montenegro. Upon arrival in North Macedonia, tourists will receive a Macedonian permit valid for up to 90 days (to be used within 6 months). For vaccinations, North Macedonia, Albania, and Montenegro do not require any vaccinations.
