Restaurant
There is a buffet service at breakfast, lunch and dinner with beverages included (wine, water, soft drinks on tap) in the central restaurant with panoramic view. At breakfast there is the Sleepy Corner (it is possible to have a soft breakfast at the bar from 10:00 to 11:00, with american coffee and croissants). There might be a waiter service, depending on the number of the guests. Wellness area with specific products (biscuits, melba toasts, rice crackers, cakes, soy and rice milk, natural honey, organic jams, cereals, corn flakes) for the guests that choose a healthy lifestyle. For the guests with food intolerances (gluten, lactose) there are basic packaged ingredients (bread, pasta, gluten/lactose-free biscuits, lactose-free ice cream); the clients can also bring their own products. The management must be informed during the booking. For more specific food intolerances/allergies, the guests must ask if the restaurant can satisfy their requests during the booking. Kitchen area for the parents who want to cook for their babies equipped with bottle-warmer, microwave and basic ingredients: pastina, vegetable and meat stocks, vegetable puree). Soft Inclusive: full board with beverages included during the meals (water, wine and soft drinks on tap). Open bar in the internal bar and in the bar by the pool from 10:00 to 22:00 with unlimited orange soda, coca-cola, sprite, two types of fruit juces and iced tea (on tap, in plastic cups). Nota bene: national/foreign alcoholic drinks and spirits, coffee bar, bottled/canned beverages and water, ice creams, snacks, packaged products and everything that is not listed in the "Open bar" option are not included and require an extra cost.

Locality
Cardedu is a locality in Ogliastra, Sardinia, a few km far from Nuoro, and has about 1.500 inhabitants. This hamlet was born right after the 1950, when a flood destroyed many nearby towns and their inhabitants created a new town. The 29th June is dedicated to its protectors, San Pietro and San Paolo. Ogliastra is one of the wildest and most beautiful areas of Sardinia for the lay of the land and the beauties it has to offer. The coasts of Ogliastra are among the most suggestive coasts in the entire world, with wonderful and unique beaches.

Places to know and visit
Cala Goloritzè (Baunei) is one of the most beautiful inlets in the world. Born in the 1962 after a landslide, it is famous for its 143-meter high pinnacle (a paradise for climbers from all over the world). Cala Goloritzè is the "pearl of Ogliastra", declared "Natural Monument" of Sardinia in the 1993 and "Italian National Monument" in the 1995.

Cala Mariolu (Baunei) in the Gulf of Orosei, Punta Ispugli. It owes its name to the monk seal, called "mariolu" (thief) by the fishermen, as it used to steal the fish from their nets. Located in an area full of suggestive grottos in a breathtaking landscape, it is wet by a crystal-clear sea and has both sand and pink round pebbles.

Cea (Tortolì), wonderful beach with shallow and crystal-clear water and white sand surrounded by an enchanting landscape. It is famous for the two red sea stacks (known as I Scoglius Arrubius, the red rocks) a few meters far from the shore that offer a unique and suggestive chromatic contrast. The colours of the sea, especially at sunset, make it look like a tropical beach. It is suitable for families with children because of the shallow water, and there are also some natural pools near the cliff.

Lido di Orrì (Tortolì), one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches of the entire territory. It is very long and large, almost 16 km of fine white sand and crystal-clear light-blue water. The sunlight gives wonderful colours to the sea and granite rocks frame this suggestive landscape. It is suitable for families (the water is shallow) but also for young people because of the many activities it offers. It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday.

Cala dei Gabbiani (Baunei), a beach located in Punta Ispugli, reachable by boat or through a trekking path (for experts). An uncontaminated beach with white sand and crystal-clear deep-blue water. The white rocks emerging from the water create a unique and enchanting scenery. 

Torre di Barì (Bari Sardo). This beach extends on the two sides of an ancient spanish coastal tower. North of the Tower, the ochre sand is in grains, while south there are grey pebbles and very fine sand. Surrounded by a beautiful pinewood, the deep blue of the crystal-clear water makes this beach one of the most appreciated of the area. In some areas the bottom is rocky so it is the favourite destination of the scuba-diving and underwater-fishing lovers.

Sa Perda 'e Pera (pear-shaped stone). In Marina di Cardedu, there is this wonderful and long beach overlooked by the majestic namesake Nuraghe. Its sand is fine and white, its crystal-clear sea is shallow at first but it quickly becomes deep so it is not suitable for unaccompanied children. It is one of the most uncontaminated beaches in Sardinia (recommended by Legambiente for the quality of its environment), never crowded even during the summer, perfect for days of relax.
