It is a small complex of 5 apartments located in a quiet, secluded, and flat area, surrounded by the greenery of centuries-old olive trees, ideal for a holiday dedicated to relaxation but at the same time very close to the renowned and lively center of San Teodoro, reachable with a pleasant walk. The famous and beautiful beaches of La Cinta and Isuledda, characterized by the whitest sand and crystal-clear sea, are reachable in just a few minutes.
In the center of San Teodoro, there are supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, newsstands, tobacco shops, boutiques, pharmacies, medical services, piano bars, discos, football fields, volleyball courts, riding schools, horseback riding courses and walks, boat rentals. On the beach, there is the possibility of renting umbrellas, deck chairs, and sun loungers; water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, and a affiliated Diving Center "Karibù Diving e Travel."
Vecchio Stazzo Apartments are excellently furnished and equipped, located on the ground floor and some internally on two levels. Surrounded by a garden with green grass, they have an independent entrance, a private veranda equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as TV, washing machine, hairdryer, microwave, air conditioning, outdoor shower, portable barbecues, rooms always with low beds.
Various types are available: Trilo 4, consisting of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, room with two low beds, facilities; Trilo 6, consisting of a living room with kitchenette and double or queen-size sofa bed, double bedroom, room with two low beds, facilities; Trilo 6 Duplex DS, arranged on two levels with a living room with kitchenette and double or queen-size sofa bed on the ground floor, facilities, while on the first floor, a double bedroom with terrace, room with two low beds, facilities.
The Vecchio Stazzo Apartments are located in a quiet, secluded, and flat area, surrounded by the greenery of ancient olive trees, ideal for a relaxing vacation while being very close to the renowned and lively center of San Teodoro. The approximately 37 km of coastline features a mix of fine white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, protected by picturesque granite cliffs surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. San Teodoro, besides being the perfect destination for those who want to relax and spend enjoyable days by the sea, is also a place rich in history, as evidenced by multiple archaeological findings dating back to the Neolithic period.
