Uappala Club Sestriere is a contemporary-style structure consisting of two circular towers connected to the base by a central building that houses the lobby. The hotel is 150 meters from the central junction of the Milky Way and 400 meters from the other lifts of Colle del Sestrière (50 meters from the hotel stop of the public ski-bus at fixed times). Among the main services of the Uappala Club Sestriere there are restaurant with panoramic views, bar, solarium, theater, wi-fi, ski rental/ storage, daytime and evening entertainment, unattended parking and spa with sauna.
All rooms at the Uappala Club Sestriere are informal and welcoming, equipped with LCD TV, safety deposit boxes, thermal duvets and courtesy kit, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. They are divided into Classic rooms for 2/4 people with sofa bed and Panoramic rooms for 2/4 people, with panoramic views and sofa bed. Classic rooms for the disabled are available on request.
The restaurant with panoramic view of the Uappala Club Sestriere Hotel offers a buffet service during the meals with delicious local and international specialties; water and homemade wine are included during the meals.
Sestriere, in the province of Turin, is the highest municipality in Italy its 2035 m above sea level and the first modern Italian ski resort. The Uappala Club Sestriere is just 150 m from the Milky Way Area, one of the most famous in the world with its 400 km of slopes of all levels and difficulties and almost 50 km of cross-country trails; the area offers the opportunity to ski at night, ice-climbing, freeriding, heli-skiing, bobsledding, sledding, snowscoot, electric snowbiking, sledding, and even the thrill of riding a husky dog sled. In 2006 the area of Sestriere was home to the Winter Olympics, becoming the homeland of Piedmont Alpine skiing, with the large number of slopes distributed on different sides at high altitudes can ensure, together with the snowmaking a constant snow cover throughout the season. To the quality and vastness of the area, is added a wide and articulated tourist offer, both in summer and in winter, with shops, spas, gyms, hotels and restaurants of various kinds.
