Davvero una gran bella sorpresa. Siamo stati a fine ad inizio Giugno in questo residence ed è stata una sorpresa visto l'ottimo prezzo del soggiono. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Da segnalare la bellezza delle piscine, grandi e panoramicissime, ed un complimento sincero anche a tutto lo staff dell' animazione per la cortesia e la grande simpatia. The structure is 2.5 km from Silvi Marina, a modern and recently built seaside resort with a strong seaside tourist vocation. Silvi Marina has a shopping center and a beautiful beach inside the Marine Park where our private lido is also located.
The perfect choice for families and couples looking for all modern comforts without giving up pools, beaches, and entertainment, while still being mindful of their budget.
The Apulia Residence Silvi Marina has apartments equipped with: TV, fridge, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen, some with air conditioning (to be booked) and others without air conditioning. The apartments are divided into:
Mobilhome mobile home in aluminum and resin measuring 15 m2 for 2 people consisting of bedroom and living room with kitchenette and 24 m2 for 4 people, fully furnished, consisting of a double bedroom and a small room with two single beds side by side, living room -dining room, fully furnished kitchenette with sink, fridge and crockery, mini-bathroom with shower, equipped veranda. Air conditioning on request.
Economy Two-Room Bungalow: 30 m2 masonry bungalow, sleeps 4, consisting of double bedroom, sleeping area with bunk beds, living-dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, crockery), bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer , satellite TV, safe, spacious covered and furnished veranda. No air conditioning.
Comfort Two-Room Bungalow: 40 m2 masonry bungalow, sleeps 4, fully furnished, consisting of double bedroom, bunk bed in the living room, living-dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, crockery), bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, spacious covered and furnished veranda. Air conditioning on request.
Three-room Comfort Bungalow: 56 m2 masonry bungalow, sleeps 6, sea view, modernly furnished, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, living-dining room with bunk beds, well-equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, crockery), bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, 2 covered and furnished verandas. Air conditioning included in the rate.

Pet Care: €150 per week or fraction of a week (must be reported at the time of booking) and includes final sanitization service, bowl, kibble, and waste bags.
Beach towel rental: Possibility to rent beach towels (available until stock runs out) at a cost of €10 per towel. The towel change costs €5 per piece; upon delivery on-site, a deposit of €10 per towel will be required, which will be refunded at the end of the stay.
