Nestled in a 27-hectare park of olive trees, cacti, prickly pears, and Mediterranean vegetation, Terrasini Resort offers an incomparable view of the Gulf of Castellammare. Its strategic location allows easy access to numerous historical, natural, and cultural attractions. Terrasini Resort is one of Sicily’s main accommodation facilities, offering a wide range of services. First among them is the Toboggan, one of the 10 most famous water slides in the world and the highest in Europe, along with 4 sets of slides positioned on the cliffs that cross the 3 seawater pools and end directly in the sea. The resort also features a SPA with a Jacuzzi, 2 saunas, 2 Turkish baths, 2 emotional showers, 1 ice fountain, 1 couples’ massage room, 1 massage room, and 1 beauty room. Children have access to a playground with inflatable sections and sports fields (10 tennis courts, 1 soccer field, 1 multi-purpose volleyball/basketball court, 1 archery field, 2 bocce courts, 3 beach volleyball courts, 1 18-hole mini-golf course, and ping pong). Additional services include an olympic swimming pool, a children’s pool, a waterfall pool, 2 hot tubs, a fitness room, a conference center, a sea-view theater, a private beach equipped with umbrellas and loungers on platforms, and a sandy beach located in Ciammarita (Trappeto) with a shuttle service.
CDSHotels Terrasini Resort has 803 rooms divided into: Superior sea view and Comfort park view. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a minibar (refilled on request), hairdryer, TV, telephone, safe, private balcony or terrace, and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Among the triple rooms, there are also 10 rooms for disabled guests.
At Terrasini Resort, fun is guaranteed: daytime and evening entertainment, with piano bar every night for both adults and children, as well as Miniclub and Junior Club at scheduled times, along with the friendly mascot Nello the Seagull and many outdoor activities at Nello Land, the playground next to the "Lago dei Fiori" pool.
CDSHotels Terrasini Resort offers an All Inclusive stay: full board buffet with drinks included at meals (water, soft drinks, beer, and wine) and a welcome drink.
The Main Restaurant offers Italian and international cuisine with buffet service in its four rooms, available throughout the opening period for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, organizing a typical dinner once a week. Themed restaurants are available by reservation, included in the stay package: Il Siciliano (15/06-14/09) an outdoor restaurant offering typical regional cuisine with show cooking; L'Oasi (06/07-07/09) a sea-view restaurant with a rich offering of ethnic and typical Sicilian dishes, various types of focaccia, and cheeses, also ideal for vegetarians; La Capannuccia (15/06-14/09) a pizzeria with an outdoor wood oven.

"Borgo dei mestieri" every Wednesday afternoon: exhibition and sale of local crafts and a performance by a folk group with musicians and dancers; to conclude, a typical Sicilian dinner with a buffet of typical Sicilian dishes.
CDSHotels Terrasini Resort reserves a room for the Baby Feeding Area, with a fully equipped kitchen and the following food items: vegetable broth without salt, vegetable purée, rice cream, tomato sauce without salt, whole or partially skimmed milk, cheese spreads, grated cheese, yogurt, and two types of pasta for children. Staff is available to assist mothers during meal times.

Near Terrasini is the Capo Rama Nature Reserve, established by the Sicilian Region in June 2000 and managed by WWF Italy. The area of the promontory had already been identified in 1968 by the Municipality of Terrasini as a “biotope of inestimable value.” The Capo Rama promontory was included in the exclusive list of Italian geosites, places of significant geological interest with high naturalistic value. From a faunal point of view, the Capo Rama area hosts the typical fauna of rocky shores.

Small dogs (max 10 kg) are allowed in Comfort Park View rooms with an obligatory additional charge. The room provides bowls for food and water, and the dog will be allowed to move around in the area designated for them, specified in the regulations provided upon arrival (not in the pool area, lobby, restaurant, parking, and sports fields), on a leash and with a muzzle. Dog food is not provided, and no other animals are allowed.
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present documents verifying the birthdate of children and infants. Without these, the right to the discount will be lost.
