The Residence Formula offers comfortable one-room apartments for 4 people and spacious two-room apartments for 5/6 people, ranging from 200 to 350 meters from the beach. The accommodations feature simple and functional furnishings, kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, bathroom with shower, and hairdryer. They consist of a living-dining area with a double sofa bed (bunk bed), a double bedroom, balcony or veranda, and a second bedroom in the two-room apartments.
