Restaurant
The restaurant of La Riserva Montebello serves fish-based and meat-based local and regional specialties prepared with fresh ingredients produced by the farm itself and accompanied with excellent wines produced in the vineyards that surround the Bolsena lake. There is a buffet service at breakfast and a waiter service at dinner: dinner by candlelight in a suggestive atmosphere characterized by outdoor torches and an ancient wooden fireplace. Menu with 2 first dishes, 2 second dishes, side dishes, dessert, fruit. Cooking for guests with celiac disease available on request (basic ingredients are provided by the restaurant). Water, bottle of wine, coffee and liqueur are included during the meals.

The typical mediterranean climate (dry and mild during winter, cool and ventilated during summer) allows the tourists to spend pleasant holidays during every period of the year.
Among the main tourist attractions and localities near La Riserva di Montebello: Gradoli and Palazzo Farnese, the museum and necropolises of Tarqunia, the museum and the castle of Vulci, the medieval district of Viterbo, the rich museum of the prehistory in Valentano, Civita di Bagnoregio ("the dying town"), Acquapendente, Marta, Montefiascone and the islands of the Bolsena lake.
